RIESER GmbH takes the protection of personal data very seriously. Therefore, when collecting, using and processing personal data, we comply with the legal provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Data Protection Act (DSG) and the Telecommunications Act (TKG 2021).

The responsible body is the natural or legal person who, alone or together with others, decides on the purposes and means of processing personal data (e.g. names, e-mail addresses, etc.).

1.2. Collection and processing of personal data

On the one hand, your data is collected when you communicate it to us (e.g. inquiry, contact form). Other data is collected automatically or with your consent by our employees and/or IT systems.

When you visit our website / web shop, data (e.g. IP address, web browser, start and end of the session) is automatically collected. This is necessary to ensure the technical operation of the website/web shop. 1.3. Sharing of Data

Personal data will only be passed on to third parties if this is necessary for the purpose of contract processing, to provide customers with information, to fulfill legal obligations (e.g. § 18, section 4 ECG) or if you have consented to the transfer. Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent, for example for advertising purposes.

This website/webshop is hosted by an external service provider (hoster). The data collected in this way is stored on the hoster's servers. Our hoster will only process the data to the extent which is necessary to fulfill performance or legal obligations.

We integrate payment services from third party companies on our website. If you make a purchase from us, your payment data (e.g. name, payment amount, account details, credit card number) will be processed by the payment service provider for the purpose of payment processing. The respective contract and data protection provisions of the respective provider apply to these transactions. The payment service providers are used on the basis of Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR (contract processing) and in the interest of a payment process that is as smooth, convenient and secure as possible (Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Where your consent is requested for certain actions, Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR is the legal basis for all data processing. You can revoke your at any time for future transactions.

1.4. Duration of storage of personal data

Unless otherwise explicitly regulated in this data protection declaration or prescribed by statutory, tax or mandatory applicable regulations, we store the data for a period of three years after your last contact with us, unless you earlier revoke your consent and/or make a legitimate deletion request apply without legal reasons or mandatory applicable provisions making further storage necessary or permissible for us.

1.5. Your Rights

Many data processing operations are only possible with express consent. According to the provisions of the GDPR, you have the right of information, the right of rectification, the right to restrict data processing, the right to be forgotten, the right of portability and the right to object certain types of data processing (e.g. direct marketing).

You also have the right to object at any time if your particular situation gives rise to reasons for doing so.

We reserve the right to make changes or additions to the information content at any time and without prior notice. If parts or individual formulations of this text do not, no longer or not completely correspond to the applicable legal situation, the remaining parts of the document remain unaffected in their content and validity.
